Okay, so, I wanted to keep track of the Lebanon basketball schedule. You know, just for fun and maybe to catch a few games if I can.
First thing I did was to look up where I could find the schedule. I tried a few different searches online. It seems there are some good sources out there, talking about both the Lebanon Warriors and some league schedules, like the Lancaster-Lebanon League.
Here’s what I did:
- I went through different websites. Noticed that some had schedules for different years, like 2023-24 and even 2024-25. That’s pretty cool, getting to see the plan ahead of time.
- Found out that there are sections within the leagues. Like, for the Lancaster-Lebanon League, they have Section 1 with teams like Cedar Crest and Hempfield. Sounds like a lot of action there!
- I also saw some info about playoffs. Apparently, they have quarterfinals and semifinals. For the 2025 season, it looks like the quarterfinals will be on February 10th. Good to know if you want to catch some intense games.
- Learned that a regular basketball game has four quarters. Each quarter is about 12 minutes long. So the whole game is 48 minutes, give or take.
- Also, they have these short breaks between quarters and a longer one at halftime. Like 15 minutes between halves and a couple of minutes between the first two and last two quarters. Good for a quick snack break or something!
Wrapping Up
So yeah, that’s basically what I did. It wasn’t too hard to find the info. Now I’ve got a pretty good idea of when the Lebanon games are happening. I even wrote down some key dates. Maybe I’ll even catch a game or two live. It’s always fun to watch, even if it’s just the local teams. I’ll keep looking into this. Maybe even check out some live streams if I can’t make it to the games in person.
