Okay, so I’ve been trying to get a good handle on Brazil’s NBB basketball scores. It’s, uh, not as straightforward as checking the NBA scores, let me tell you!
First, I scoured the internet. I mean, I went through pages and pages of search results. Lots of sites had some info, but nothing really comprehensive or consistently up-to-date. It was frustrating, to say the least.
Then, I tried some of the bigger sports websites. You know, the usual suspects. They had NBB listed, sure, but the scores were often delayed, or the information was buried deep in some obscure menu. I spent a good hour just clicking around, feeling like I was getting nowhere.
I even dabbled with some Brazilian sports websites, but my Portuguese is, well, non-existent. Google Translate helped a bit, but it was still a struggle to navigate those sites and find what I was looking for. Lots of pop-ups and confusing layouts, I’m not gonna lie.
My Makeshift Solution
So, after all that, here’s what I ended up doing:
- I found a couple of somewhat reliable websites that seemed to update scores within a reasonable timeframe. They’re not perfect, but they’re better than nothing.
- I bookmarked those sites, obviously. Gotta have quick access.
- I started follow some NBB teams on what can only be described as social media.
- I set up a little spreadsheet to keep track of the scores myself. It’s a bit manual, yeah, but it gives me a better overview than relying solely on those websites.
It’s a work in progress, honestly. I’m still hoping to find a single, go-to source for NBB scores, but for now, this messy system is what I’ve got. It’s not pretty, but it kinda works!
