Yesterday, I got hooked on this thing called the Burlington Men’s Hockey League. I mean, I was just flipping through stuff online, and boom, there it was, the 2023/24 BMHL season. So, I thought, why not give it a shot?
I went in blind, not knowing what to expect. Turns out, it’s all about getting on the ice, playing some hockey, and just having a good time with a bunch of guys. I signed up, not really thinking much of it, but it was honestly pretty cool.
First off, I checked out this site, I think it was called Flashscore. Something like that. Anyway, it had all the news and updates about the Burlington team. I dug into the latest results and fixtures, just to get a feel for what I was getting myself into.
