Well, lemme tell ya ’bout this Cam Fici fella and his hockey. Ya know, the one with the stick and the ice and all that. He’s one of them hockey players, scores goals and such.
Now, I ain’t no expert on this hockey stuff, mind you. But even I can see this Cam fella, he’s somethin’ special. He shoots the puck, and boom! It goes in the net, top left corner, they say. Like a slingshot, I reckon. He’s got a wrist shot, they call it. Probably hurts if ya get hit with it.
He plays for Belmont, that’s a team, I think. They got these teams, playin’ against each other on the ice. He scores a bunch, this Cam. They say he had 36 goals one time. That’s a whole lot of goals, if you ask me. More than halfway to that again, whatever that means. Sounds like he’s good at puttin’ that puck in the net.
- He’s a scorer. That’s what they say. He gets them goals.
- He’s got a brother. Ben, they call him. Plays hockey too, I guess. Family affair, like.
- He plays for Belmont. That’s his team. He’s good for them, seems like.
They say he’s a senior now, this Cam. Don’t know what that means exactly, but sounds important. He even got videos and highlights, they call ’em. On Hudl, whatever that is. Like a picture show, I figure. Showin’ him scorin’ all them goals.
They even call him a superstar, this Cam Fici. Superstar, huh? Guess he’s real good at this hockey thing. Makes folks happy, I suppose, watchin’ him play. Gets ’em all excited.
He started the season playin’ against Lexington, another team. They won, Belmont did. Three to nothin’, they say. Cam didn’t even score the most, apparently. His brother was there too, playin’ alongside him. Two Ficis on the ice, imagine that!
He draws attention, this Cam. Extra attention, they say. Guess the other teams gotta watch out for him. Can’t let him get that puck and shoot it in their net. He’s a threat, that’s what they call it.
He’s from Belmont, Massachusetts. That’s where he’s from. Born in 2004, they say. Young fella, still. Got lots of hockey left in him, I reckon. He’s a forward, a right wing, they say. Whatever that means. He’s out there on the ice, scorin’ goals. That’s what matters.
So, that’s Cam Fici, the hockey player. Scores goals, plays for Belmont, got a brother. A superstar, they say. He’s somethin’ special, this Cam. Keep an eye on him, I tell ya.
