Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with getting tennis scores, specifically for this “Fils” guy I keep hearing about. I’m not a huge tennis buff, but I figured it’d be a fun little project to see if I could pull his scores somehow.
Digging Around
First, I just did some plain old searching. You know, typed “Fils tennis score” into the search bar and poked around. I found some general sports sites, but nothing that really gave me what I wanted in an easy-to-grab format. It was all mixed in with other players and news. I needed something more… direct.
Trying to Get Specific
I thought, “Maybe there’s a dedicated tennis site?” So, I went down that rabbit hole for a bit. I checked out a few of the big-name ones, but again, it was a lot of browsing and clicking. I didn’t want to spend all day hunting; I wanted something I could potentially automate later if I felt like it.
The “Aha!” Moment (Sort Of)
I am still looking for a way to easily find the score.
What I’ve Got So Far
- I confirmed that “Fils” is indeed a tennis player. Good start, right?
- I found some general sports websites that have his scores buried in there somewhere.
- I still need find a way to get his score.
I keep try to search it. I will update it when I get it！
