Okay, so I’ve been trying to keep better track of Dominic Thiem’s scores, especially since he’s been making his comeback. It’s not as easy as you’d think, finding all the info in one place, so I decided to create my own little system. Here’s what I did:
My DIY Thiem Score Tracker
First, I started by just checking different sports websites. You know, the usual ones. But it was a pain, jumping around, and sometimes the updates were slow. So, I thought, “There’s gotta be a better way!”
Then I decided to use a simple spreadsheet. Nothing fancy, just Google Sheets. I created columns for:
- Date
- Tournament
- Opponent
- Round
- Score (This is the key one, obviously!)
- Result (Win or Loss)
- Notes(anything to keep in mind after the match)
I started filling it in with recent match data. I went back through some recent tournaments, manually entering the scores. It was a bit tedious at first, copying and pasting from various sites. But after do a few, I felt pretty good!
The cool thing is, once you have the basic info down, it’s way easier to keep up. Now, after each match, I just pop open the spreadsheet and add the new row. It only takes a couple of * I realized it’s really helpful to keep track of.
I also added a little color-coding – green for wins, red for losses. Makes it easy to see his progress at a * and easy!
It’s not perfect, and it’s definitely a work in progress. But it’s my system, and it’s helping me stay on top of Thiem’s performance much better than before. I recommend everyone to do the samething.
