Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this Hanover High Hockey thing, and I gotta say, it’s been a bit of a journey. I started out just wanting to know what the deal was with this team, you know? Like, are they any good? What’s their schedule like? That kind of stuff.
First thing I did was check out their Instagram, @hanoverathls. It has about 544 followers. Not bad, right? They’ve got updates, schedules, and highlights, the whole nine yards. I followed them, obviously. Gotta stay in the loop.
Then I stumbled upon this Friends of Hanover Hockey page on Facebook. It seemed pretty active, with people sharing videos and stuff. There is a great video about the boys hockey State Championship. I even saw some comments from people I know. Crazy small world, huh? And I tapped that “Log In” button. Why not, right?
- Followed their Instagram.
- Found their Facebook page.
- Watched some videos.
After that, I dug a little deeper. Found their schedule and roster. It’s all pretty standard stuff, but it’s cool to see who’s playing and when.
Next, I went to see if there were any livestreams or upcoming events. Found a few things, which is awesome. I love watching games live, even if it’s just high school. There’s something about the energy, you know?
Then, I saw a video celebrating the boys hockey State Championship. It was made by HCTV, which is cool. Lots of clips from the postseason. It made me wish I was there! A big shoutout to this guy Paul Stinson. I found out that he had lots of great photos of the Championship Game on MAXPREPS. Those pictures are good quality! He did a good job.
Wrapping Up
So, yeah, that’s basically my deep dive into Hanover High Hockey. It started as a simple curiosity and turned into a whole thing. I followed them on social media, watched some videos, checked out their schedule, and even saw some cool pics from their championship win. It’s been fun. Maybe I’ll even catch a game sometime. Who knows?
