Okay, here is my sharing about Westwood Hockey today.
I woke up this morning, had some breakfast, and went out to do something. Then I saw the Westwood Hockey team, man, they were really putting on a show! I just happened to have my camera with me, so I started snapping away. It was a sunny afternoon, perfect for a game of hockey.
I watched them practice, and I gotta say, these guys are good. They were all about teamwork and determination, you could just see it in the way they moved and passed the puck. I was thinking, if I had more time and energy, I’d love to join them. If you are interested too, just go fill out their interest form.
From what I could gather, this team, Team Westwood, is not just about playing. They’re about teaching the players the foundations of the game, the “why” behind what they do, you know? It’s like, they’re not just making hockey players, they’re making smart hockey players.

I stuck around for a while, taking pictures and just enjoying the atmosphere. I heard from somewhere that hockey is not just about physical fitness. It’s about making friends and building mental toughness. And you know what? I saw that today. These guys were working hard, playing fast, and playing fair. That’s what it’s all about, right?
I followed them on social media. It seems that they have 461 followers and 41 following. I will keep my eye on them.
So, that was my day. I saw some great hockey, took some cool pictures, and learned a thing or two about teamwork and sportsmanship. I even found out that they provide organized competition in a safe environment. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon, if you ask me.
