Okay, so today I wanted to keep better track of tennis scores, specifically for this guy, Juan Pablo Ficovich. I’ve been following him a bit, and it’s sometimes a pain to find his live scores quickly.
First, I started by just, you know, Googling his name plus “live score.” That’s the obvious move, right?
I got some results, but it was a bit messy. Different websites, some had the score, some didn’t, some were outdated. It wasn’t the smooth, one-stop-shop experience I was hoping for.
Digging a Little Deeper
I figured there had to be a better way. I started looking into sports-specific websites.
- Checked some general sports sites.
- Looked at tennis-focused websites.
The user interface is pretty good. I mean, it’s easy to navigate and all.
Making it Easier for Next Time
I thought to myself that I should keep some sort of record. Just in case.
So, I figured this out. I can just pop his name into the search bar, and boom, there’s his current match, if he’s playing, or his recent results. That’s way better than the general Google search I was doing before!
Key takeaway: Don’t just rely on a basic search. Go to the websites.
