Okay, so, I was digging into the 2018 Kansas basketball roster the other day. You know, just for fun, to see who was playing and all that stuff.
First, I started by hitting up a few different sports websites. You know, the usual ones. I typed “Kansas basketball 2018 roster” into the search bar and scrolled through a bunch of results. It was kinda overwhelming at first, but I managed to find a couple of reliable sources that had the info I needed.
Then, I started making a list of all the players. It wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. Some sites only had partial rosters, and others had outdated info. But I kept at it, cross-referencing different sources to make sure I got everything right.
After I had the full roster, I decided to look up some stats for each player. I found out things like their height, weight, position, and where they were from. It was pretty interesting to learn about all the different guys on the team.
I also checked out the team’s schedule for that year. They played against some tough opponents! I remembered watching a few of those games on TV. They won a lot that year, but they also had some close calls.
- October 25, 2018, 7:00pm, vs Emporia State, Won 93-55
- November 1, 2018, 7:00pm, vs Washburn, Won 79-52
- November 6, 2018, 6:00pm, vs Michigan State, Won 92-87
- November 12, 2018, 8:00pm, …
One player that really stood out to me was Dajuan Harris Jr. I found his name on several of the lists. Seems like he was a key player for them.
My Notes
In the end, I ended up with a pretty detailed list of the 2018 Kansas basketball team. It was a fun little project, and I learned a lot about the team and their players. I think I’ll do this again next year to see how the team changes. It is amazing!
This whole thing took me a good chunk of an afternoon, but it was worth it. I enjoy doing these kinds of deep dives into sports teams. It is like being a detective, but for sports! Haha!
Anyway, that’s my story about how I explored the 2018 Kansas basketball roster. Hope you found it interesting!
I wrote down my findings in my notebook so that I can go over them again later. Maybe next time I’ll share my notes with others on social media.
That’s all I want to share for today. Bye!
