Okay, so, I got into this thing with Lehigh men’s tennis. It all started when I was just poking around, you know, looking for something interesting to get into. And boom, I stumbled upon this whole world of college tennis. I decided to focus on Lehigh University’s team ’cause why not? It seemed as good a place as any to start.
First off, I dug into finding out who these guys even are. I went on this deep dive to get the 2024-2025 roster. It was a bit of a mess, honestly. The info was all over the place, but I managed to piece together who’s playing for Lehigh this year. It was like putting together a puzzle, but I did it.
Then, I wanted to see these guys in action, right? So, I looked up this tournament they played in – the ITA Regionals at the University of Pennsylvania. Five singles guys and three doubles teams from Lehigh were there. This was last weekend, south of Philly. I wasn’t there, but I tried to find out how they did. Following live scores is not my thing as Andy Murray, hah, so I just checked the results later.
- They also had this thing called the Lehigh Invitational in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
- That was another weekend thing, where they faced off against, well, themselves, I guess? Lehigh University, I mean.
I was trying to make sense of it all. It’s kind of cool, seeing how these college athletes balance their games and studies. I even started looking into terms like “binary format”, and “CodePlex”, just to understand the tech side of sports, you know? And then there was something about “Key predictors of the health, stability” – probably some deep stuff about team dynamics or something.
My Goal
The whole point of this was just to get a feel for what college tennis is like, and maybe, just maybe, share my little adventure with anyone who’s interested. I’m no expert, just a regular dude who got curious.
So, yeah, that’s my story about diving into the world of Lehigh men’s tennis. It’s been a ride, for sure.
