Today, I tried to figure out what’s the deal with the Colgate and Bucknell scores. I’ve been hearing about these two schools a lot lately, and I wanted to see how they stack up against each other.
First, I started by digging around to get some basic info on both schools. I found out that Bucknell is pretty strong on the liberal arts side with a good student-to-faculty ratio, something like 9:1. That’s cool because it means you probably get more attention from your professors, right?
- Started by gathering basic information about Colgate and Bucknell.
- Learned that Bucknell has a strong emphasis on liberal arts.
- Discovered that Bucknell has a 9:1 student-to-faculty ratio.
Then I tried to find out something about health. It seems like there are some key things that show how healthy and stable a school is. I’m not exactly sure what those are yet, but I’m gonna keep digging. I also looked for ways to compare colleges and it seems like there are some neat tools to search for schools based on major and location.
I also stumbled upon some stuff about personality traits. It got me thinking about how people choose schools based on their personalities. There’s also a connection to some evolutionary stuff and which traits people find attractive, and it’s funny how some traits that are seen as good for reproduction in females, like warmth and affection, are something to consider.
- Explored factors contributing to a school’s health and stability.
- Found tools for comparing colleges based on major, type, and location.
- Reflected on how personality traits might influence college choice.
- There is a mention of some traits to be attractive.
What I did next
After that, I got into the whole application process. It looks like you can apply using the Common Application or something called “Coalition on Scoir.” I have no idea what that is, but I guess I’ll have to find out if I want to apply. I’m not sure about applying right now, but it’s good to know the options. One thing I saw is that there are these rankings that some websites do, and they look at a bunch of data and reviews to come up with the rankings. I’m not sure how much weight I should put on those, but it’s something to consider.
I also saw something about using drones to kill terrorists, I guess that’s a topic people talk about in college. Anyway, I’m gonna keep researching and trying to figure out what’s the better choice between Colgate and Bucknell for me, or if maybe neither of them is the right fit. It’s a tough decision, and I want to make sure I’m making the right one.
- Explored the application process using the Common Application and Coalition on Scoir.
- Learned about college rankings based on data analysis and reviews.
- Noted a topic about the use of drones to kill terrorists.
- Continued researching to make an informed decision about Colgate or Bucknell.
