Okay, so today I wanted to check out the MIAA hockey schedule. You know, just to see what games are on and maybe catch a few.
First, I opened up my browser and typed in “MIAA hockey schedule.” Lots of stuff popped up, but I wanted the official schedule. I found a website called My Hockey Live which seemed to have the schedules.
Navigating through the site, I noticed they have sections for news, stats, and standings. Pretty cool, but I was just here for the schedule. I found the schedule section and started browsing through it.
What I Learned
- There are a bunch of games going on, which is awesome.
- I saw something about 12 teams making it to the state finals at TD Garden. That’s going to be a big deal!
- I also read a bit about some rules, like how senior athletes can’t play on JV teams. Makes sense, I guess.
After looking through the schedule, I decided to make a note of a few games that sounded interesting. I grabbed a pen and jotted them down on a piece of paper. Old school, I know, but it works for me.
Overall, it was a pretty straightforward process. I found the information I was looking for without too much trouble. Now, I just need to decide which games I actually want to go to. It was nice to get myself updated with what was happening in high school hockey and I am really looking forward to seeing some of these teams play. I’ll probably head out to a couple of games this weekend. Should be fun!
