Man, what a day! I spent the whole afternoon trying to figure out what’s what with this Miami Hurricanes and UCF Knights football thing. Let me tell you, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it’d be.
First, I started poking around to see when these two teams were even going to play. I found one game on October 17th, and another one on February 21st, 2024. Seems like we got a couple of matchups to look forward to, one in the past and one in the future.
- Started my search to find game schedules.
- Found a past game on October 17th.
- Also discovered an upcoming game on February 21st, 2024.
Then I got curious about the history of these teams. So I started digging into that. The Miami Hurricanes, wow, they’ve been around since 1926! And they’ve got a pretty decent record, too. I saw something like 663 wins, 388 losses, and 19 ties by the end of the 2023 season. Not too shabby, right?
- Decided to dive into the teams’ histories.
- Learned the Miami Hurricanes were founded in 1926.
- Checked out their historical record: 663 wins, 388 losses, 19 ties.
As for the UCF Knights, they’re a bit newer to the game, starting in 1997. They play in something called the American Athletic Conference, and their home games are in Tampa, Florida, at the Raymond James Stadium. Makes sense, being from Florida and all.
- Turned my attention to the UCF Knights.

- Found out they play home games at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
Looking at Past Matchups
I also stumbled upon some info about a basketball game between these two on November 10, 2023. It had all kinds of details like box scores and stuff. Also saw something about an extra point being good in some football game. They keep switching between football and basketball! It is hard to follow.

It was a bit of a wild goose chase, to be honest. Lots of bits and pieces of information scattered all over the place. But hey, I learned a thing or two about these teams, and I guess that’s what counts. And remember those two dates, October 17th and February 21st. I’ll be checking those scores for sure.
Alright, that’s my little adventure for today. Hope you got something out of it! Until next time!
