Okay, so I’ve been digging into the NJIT men’s tennis schedule lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a journey. I wanted to get a good handle on when these guys are playing, especially the home games ’cause, you know, who doesn’t love watching some live sports?
First thing I did was just a simple search for “NJIT men’s tennis schedule.” That brought up a bunch of different pages, some official, some not so much. It was a little overwhelming at first, to be honest.
I started clicking around, trying to get a feel for the overall schedule. Found out they’ve got 21 matches planned for the 2025 spring season. That’s a lot of tennis! And get this – 12 of those are home matches. That’s pretty sweet.
- 21 matches total. Gonna be a busy season for these guys.
- 12 home games. Plenty of chances to catch them in action.
- 10 at the Naimoli Tennis Center. I guess that’s their home court.
Apparently, NJIT is aiming to defend their Southland Conference title. Sounds like they’ve got a good team, so I’m definitely interested in seeing how they do. They’re kicking things off with a home game against Quinnipiac, which I learned is the first of nine home games in a row! That’s a pretty sweet home stretch to start the season.
I also stumbled across their Facebook page – gotta love social media for this kind of stuff. Seems like they’re pretty active on there, posting updates and whatnot. Found out about some tournament, the ITA sectionals, happening at UNC Chapel Hill. Sounds fancy! One of their players, Pablo, was going up against some guy from South Carolina.
Then I found something about managing events. I guess it’s for people who have departmental calendars. I don’t, so I didn’t bother with that. I did see something about PlaySight, which I guess is some live streaming thing for NJIT. Might check that out later if I can’t make it to a game in person.
So yeah, that’s been my little adventure exploring the NJIT men’s tennis schedule. I feel like I’ve got a pretty good grasp on it now. Now I just need to figure out which games I can actually go to!
Key takeaways:
- Lots of matches, lots of home games.
- Defending their title – should be an exciting season.
- Facebook page is a good place for updates.
That’s it for now. I’ll be keep my eye on their schedule and hopefully catch a few matches this spring. Go Highlanders!
