Well now, lemme tell ya ’bout this fella, Seth Korey, and his tennis place out in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Seth Korey’s Tennis Academy, that’s what they call it. Sounds fancy, huh? But don’t you go gettin’ all uppity on me. It’s just a place where folks go to whack them fuzzy yeller balls around.
Now, I ain’t never been there myself, mind you. Too busy tendin’ to my chickens and whatnot. But I hear tell it’s a pretty big deal. They got all sorts of courts and things. Folks say it’s over on 54th Street and Shea Boulevard. You know, where all them rich folks live.
This Seth fella, he’s been playin’ tennis since he was a young’un. Folks say he was a real whiz kid back in the day. Won some kinda championship in Arizona way back when, and even played with the best of ’em all over the country. Been at it for over thirty years, they say. That’s a long time to be chasin’ after them balls, I reckon.
They started this academy thing back in 1996. That’s, let’s see… a good long while ago! Musta taught a whole heap of kids how to play. Thousands, they say. Can you imagine? All them young’uns runnin’ around with their rackets. Makes my head spin just thinkin’ about it.
- They got lessons, I hear. For young’uns and old folks too.
- And they’re open real early and stay open late, six in the mornin’ till nine at night. That’s longer than I’m awake, I tell ya!
- They’re open every day of the week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday… you get the picture.
Folks seem to like it, though. I seen some pictures online, and it looks real nice. All them courts are lined up all pretty, and folks are smilin’ and havin’ a good time. That’s what matters, I guess. Long as folks are happy.
Now, I ain’t got a clue how much it costs to go there. Probably costs a pretty penny, considerin’ it’s in Paradise Valley and all. But if you got the money and you wanna learn how to play tennis, or if you just wanna get better at it, I guess it’s the place to go. That’s what folks say, anyways.
So, there you have it. Seth Korey’s Tennis Academy. A place for tennis, out in Paradise Valley. Sounds alright to me, even though I don’t know nothin’ about tennis. Long as folks are havin’ fun, that’s all that matters.

You gotta stay hydrated, especially when you’re running around like a headless chicken chasing after them tennis balls.
And don’t go thinking you’ll be a pro overnight neither! It takes time and practice to get good at anything, even tennis. So just be patient and have fun with it. That’s the most important thing!
