Okay, so, I’ve been getting into hockey lately, specifically the “Sandwich High Hockey” team. It’s been a real ride, and I’ve been keeping track of how they’re doing. Let me tell you, it’s way more exciting than I thought it would be.
First off, I started by watching some of their games. I found a few live broadcasts. It felt pretty cool to watch them play in real-time, even though I was just on my couch. I even found some news about the team’s first South Shore League win, which was awesome. They won on the road, which must have been a great feeling for them.

Then, I dug a little deeper. I saw that they had a game where they scored three goals in the second period, and they ended up winning. That’s a pretty big deal, especially since it was their third win in just four games. I also heard about their goalie, Mitchell Norkevicius. There’s this picture of him stopping a shot, and it’s pretty intense.

I also noticed that they were doing really well in their face-offs and they shot way more than the other team in one game – 49 to 8! That’s a huge difference. It showed that the team was playing really aggressively and they dominated the *’s like they were all over the place, in a good way!

Next, I found out that their team has some of the best goalies around. They’re apparently MVPs in their division, which is really impressive. These goalies are like the last line of defense, and they’re really good at their job. There are two goalies that were mentioned Sophia Visceglio was one of them.

I also came across something about a really close game they had against another team. It went into double overtime and ended up with them losing. It was a tough one, especially since it was a title game. I felt bad for them, honestly. To get that far and then lose in overtime must have been heartbreaking.

Finally, I read that Sandwich High is considered the number one team in their division. They were even in the State Final last year, which is a huge accomplishment. Even though they didn’t win, getting to the final is a big deal. They’re definitely a team to watch out for.

So, yeah, that’s my journey into the world of Sandwich High Hockey. It’s been a lot of fun following them and learning about the team. I’m not an expert or anything, but I’m definitely becoming a fan. They’ve got some great players, they play hard, and they’ve had some really exciting games. I’m looking forward to seeing how they do in the future, and I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on their games.
