So, I was messing around today, trying to get the live score for Garcia’s tennis match. You know, just casually following along while doing other stuff.
I started by looking up some stuff about tennis shoes, believe it or not. Came across this Gucci Tennis 1977 thing. Fancy shoes, huh? Not really what I needed, but hey, it got me thinking about the whole tennis scene. I mean, I know nothing about tennis, but I do know what I like in fashion.

Then, I got sidetracked. I stumbled upon some sheet music, “Stay” by Mikky Ekko and Rihanna. I love Rihanna. Not relevant to tennis, I know, but I ended up trying to play it. There’s this one chord, D7sus4, that’s basically just playing Am and then taking off your middle and ring fingers. Sounds cool, but again, not helping me with the score.

Okay, back to tennis. I remembered something about a “Match Centre” on some tennis website. I tried to find it, and guess what, I needed to log in with my email. I did, but then, I realized that this website doesn’t even have what I want! The website only has statistics and information from past matches, which is useless to me.

Then I found this forum, hoping for some live updates. But nope, “No top threads at the moment.” What a letdown. I even looked into the forum’s rules and moderation info, just in case I was missing something. Nope. The forum is just dead, I guess.

And then, out of nowhere, I saw an ad for these Abu Garcia fishing rods, the “Max STX Spinning Combos.” I mean, what does fishing have to do with tennis? The internet is a weird place, man. I thought that this was a sign for me to give up on searching for the live score.

So yeah, that was my adventure today. I didn’t find Garcia’s live score, but I did rediscover my love for Rihanna, attempted to learn a new chord, listened to some classical music, and got reminded that the internet can be a real rabbit hole. All in all, a pretty unproductive but entertaining day.
