Okay, so I’ve been meaning to get into better shape, and a buddy of mine suggested checking out the local high school football team’s workout routine. Wisconsin Heights, that’s the one. I figured, hey, why not? If it works for them, maybe it’ll do something for me. So, I started digging around to see what I could find about their training.
Finding Information.
I start with watching their game * those games, I was winded just watching them sprint up and down the field. These guys are in serious shape.
- So, I tried to keep the eye on players’s move.
- And,I tried to keep notes.
My Attempt at Their Training
After, maybe an hour of searching, I finally get some information.
I tried to copy their training, but, man, it was tough. Sprints, drills… I was gassed after just 15 minutes.I managed to push through for a while, doing some push-ups and sit-ups in between the running.
Reflecting on the Experience
Finally, I found It’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about speed, agility, and endurance.I definitely didn’t achieve “football player” status, but it was a good workout. I realized I need to adjust the * also gave me a whole new appreciation for what those high school athletes go through!
I’ll probably stick to my regular gym routine for now, maybe throwing in a few extra sprints. But hey, at least I tried, right? Maybe one day I’ll be able to keep up with the Wisconsin Heights team… maybe.
