Okay, so I wanted to keep better track of the York football scores this season. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but I figured there had to be a way to make this easier than just checking websites all the time. So, I started digging around.
My Little Project
First, I just did a simple search. Typed in “York football score” and hoped for the best. The search results gave me some of the big sports websites. Yeah, they had the scores, but it was a lot of clicking and scrolling to find what I needed.
I thought, “There’s gotta be a better way!” So I played around with the wording of my searches. Tried things like “York football schedule and results,” which did help me find to find it all, but I wanted something… simpler.
Then, I figured I could probably keep track of it myself. I’m not building a fancy website or anything, but I could at least make a simple document, right?
I started a new document.
- Game 1: York vs. Whoever – 21-14 (We Won!)
- Game 2: York vs. Another Team – 10-17 (Bummer)
I realized I could make this a little neater. Used bold for the game listings.
So, that’s what I’ve got so far. I’ll keep updating that list after each game. It’s not fancy, but it’s easy for me to read, and I can find the scores much faster than going to those big sports sites. Mission accomplished, I guess!
